File Link AI is a Google Workspace Add-on that helps you view, organise and save attachments and links from your Gmail threads. We provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Core features are free. Pro features are available via a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing and billing will be presented at the point of purchase. Pro features may change over time.
Pro AI features generate suggestions and descriptions using automated systems. These outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be solely relied upon for professional, legal, or compliance decisions. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.
We aim to keep the add-on running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, File Link AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from use of the add-on. Your files remain stored in your own Google account; we do not hold copies.
You may stop using the add-on at any time by removing it from your Google account. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
File Link AI, including its code, design, features, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by the operator and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the add-on without prior written permission. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Your own files, emails and data remain yours. We claim no ownership over content you create or manage using the add-on.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
